How to avoid to begin click your user name

I have tried the controluserpasswords2 in the Run file without any joy

How many accounts do you have on the computer?
If its more than 1, not counting the default administrator, then it will show up.

Three accounts are showing - my own as administrator, asp.net and Guest (Guest account is off) . I've done virtually everything with Guest to get rid of it and am blocked by the system from deleting it
