I tried everything I found googling for it.
I mean the screen when you have auto login, with your name, and loading "wheel".
Only thing that helped me a little bit, was this
After that suggestions, now I have blue empty screen instead of old image.
I've tried to put other images in that folder, renaming files like the old one, but nothing...I made a lot of test. Sometimes works, sometimes not. Pretty much, 90% not.
I also tried to restore old image, but doesn't work. It's bugged (probably, changing authorizations for SystemData, screwed something).

This screen.

I want to change full screen image. And that you suggested, doesn't work. Changing lock screen image, only affects Lock Screen when I press Win+L. Not affects image on login (?) screen.

Let me explain: If I disable autologin, when I start PC, there is Lock Screen where you have to enter password, and there is CORRECT image chosen.
The problem is if I enable autologin. That quick loading Startup screen has always same image. I can only remove it and make it blue empty.

Ah sorry. There use to be a program to change the image however it no longer works and only works with pre-Anniversary editions. Hopefully the creator will update it at some point. Right now the best you can do is disable it.

I just tried what I mention earlier and if you pick a specific image to use in Settings / Personalisation / Lock Screen than at the bottom turn on "Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen" it should show the image. At least it does for me.
Than I changed it back to Slideshow and now the Sign-in image shows the image I had set when I selected a specific image. I will do a reboot and see if it sticks.
It stayed after a reboot but I noticed that setting it to Slideshow wasn't working but it turns out the folder I have images for the slideshow had some pretty hi-res images in it so I deleted all but the non 1920x1080 images and now that works again and the sign-in image stayed to the image that I selected when I set background image for lock screen to a specific image.

It works when you have a login which is what your pic shows. But we are talking about no login when it doesn't work. As in the original post screenshot, the screen that says welcome and has the rotating dots. This shows after you put in your password but again, we are talking about not having a password.

try this
just right click

Exactly. Solutions for Lock Screen seems to work just when you have to insert password. With autologin, DOESN'T WORK.
I was able to change it a couple of times, changing files in LockScreen_Z folder and settings....whatever. It seems to be random. Now I have blue empty screen and I'm not able to restore old background or put a new one.

A few hours ago, it worked. I finally had a new image on that screen.
But now I have blank screen again, without any reason :fou:

Yes, it's all bugged. Even desktop backgrounds and themes. I have about 20 images as background, and should change every 6 hours. Sometimes, it changes earlier, sometimes changes later...and sometimes an image is immediatelly skipped after just 5 seconds.
