how to change front case fans in rosewill blackhawk?

http://youtu.be/n0vWVKxi-pY i tried everything to remove this bay cage. i read the manual i inspected the case from left to right to front to back and i can't figure out hot to revome it if some has experience with this case please tell me how to do it that would make me really happy thanks

If you cannot figure it out please post some pics. The manual shows the screws that need to be removed.
