I'm thinking of getting a new motherboard.. But you guys know like how if you have a gpu, you will connects your screen(vga, hdmi) to the gpu and not the board right?
So I would like to know if I have a new board will the bio setting change it back to motherboard vga? If so how can I change it back

Solution

i would guess uninstalling old mobo drivers and installing new mobo drivers will fix that for you.
Personally i would always reïnstall my entire system to avoid 'issues'

You should still get a video signal from a newly installed video card. Entering the BIOS is motherboard dependent. Some are the delete key during bootup. Check your motherboard manual.
