I've been recording some commentary on a lets play for a game. When i was finished with the first part i stopped it. Shadowplay made the recording into 3 videos. How would I combine these 3 videos while still keeping the 60+FPS, and the great quality?
You could just use a video joiner. Windows Movie maker can also do that. There are also plenty of video editors out there that can do this. Cyberlink PowerDirector, ect, ect ,ect.

I have tried most of the famous ones. ( Premier, vegas pro, cyberlink.. cant figure out how to do this. I can group them together as a "group", Or combine them in a low fps. How do I use one of these to combine the 3 into 1 NEW video thats still 60+FPS and good quality?
Hi, to merge multiple videos into one, you need a technical video merger. Just share such a video merging program with you, which is named Joyoshare Video Joiner. Such a video joiner supports merging unlimited videos into one with no quality loss at 60X faster speed, which satisfies me well. What's more, it can also allow you to cut and edit these videos. If still necessary, you may have a try.
