How to connect an ethernet wired PC to wireless printer?

I'm going to have a desktop that will use a wired (ethernet) connection to the wireless router for my internet. My printer in another room is wireless though. Can I make them talk somehow?

Everything on your network will talk to each other over the router. Does not matter if it's wired or wireless. It's all the same network standards at the end.
