Question How to connect my case fans

So my front case fans are in a hub and have this male Molex plug. My Mobo does not have this connector. It has the 4 pin small option. I can’t seem to find a adapter. Anyone have a helpful

Plug the fan directly to your power supply.
Your power supply should have come with a few molex connectors, either permanently attached, or optionally attachable via one of the supplied cables (in the case of a modular power supply).

As stated the molex is for your PSU. The reason fan hubs have supplemental power like this is because more then 2 or 3 fans is reaching the maximum power output of a mobo fan header.
