How to connect my CPU Fan?

So I've pretty much got all my parts coming together for my 1st PC build, but I'm uncertain on my CPU Fan and how to power it.
Ive bought and Asus H-97 Pro MOBO and a Corsair H110i GTX cpu cooler.
Now the Problem is that the Corsair H110i GTX came with 2 140mm 4 pin PWM fans each which need 0.7A, but my H-97 CPU Fan Header only supports 1.0A. So my question is how do I power both fans from the cpu fan header safely, or is there some way to power them from the PSU directly (Corsair AX860) and still have the CPU Fan Header regulate their speed?

The H110i should come with a cable that will allow you to connect both fans to a single PWM connection, from there you will plug that PWM connection into the CPU FAN HEADER and that will allow the MB to control the fan speeds accordingly (2435 +/- 10% RPM) and power them. There's also a SATA power cable that will need to be connected to the PSU to power the pump. The H110i will come with directions but if you need a visual guide then here:

It's a different model but the steps should be the same. There's also a additional cord that connects from the pump to a USB 2.0 connection on the MB, YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE THIS UNLESS YOUR USING THE CORSAIR LINK SOFTWARE. Personally I've tried the software on two different systems and ran into issues like the program not responding/freezing.
