OK, I did a little research and found out that a wireless router is not gonna help me out!
So I think my next option would be a wireless bridge. Here's the new scenario (LOL):
My only goal now is just to connect my Skype phone to the internet (Forget the printer and the TV!).
I have this model and on the back it has an RJ45 port so I can connect it to a router or to a hub for the internet connection. I don't have those, but what I have is an open WiFi signal (which I have permission from my neighbor to use
)
Now if I buy one of these cheap wireless bridges (THIS or THIS or THIS), can I just hook my my VoIP phone and get access to internet?
Bear in mind that I don't have any access to the original router, so I can't change its IP or anything... (I asked my neighbor and he told me it's ok to use his WiFi, but I can't go to his house and reconfigure his router! So, imagine I have free WiFi in a hotel and I want to convert it to an Ethernet port
)
BTW, if this is not doable(), can I do anything else so I can connect my phone (RJ45) to the wireless internet?
I'd really appricate any help or suggestion...

I just moved to a new apartment, and after a quick WLAN search on my laptop, I found out that I have a few open & free Wireless LANs in my neighborhood (YAY!). So currently, I access internet on my laptop and cell phone using these networks.
Now, I want to kind of expand my home wireless network using the access point feature on a wireless router.
Here is how:
I want to have internet on my Belkin Desktop Skype Phone. It has an Ethernet port on it, and I am going to connect it to the router. This is my primary concern.
I want to connect my Western Digital WD TV Live to both internet and my laptop. Again, it has an Ethernet port on it, so I want to connect it to my router using a RJ45 cable. Moreover, by using the access point feature on the router I want to access internet, and I also want to stream video files from my laptop (which will be connected to router wirelessly as well). BTW, this is not that important. My main concern is my Skype phone.
Lastly, will I be able to use my printer from my laptop (it has wireless capability)? Again, this is not very vital to me.
I am not so familiar with wireless routers and networking, so is it doable?
I’d appreciate your help
P.S. Which router do you recommend for this matter?
