How to copy a boot CD

I have a boot CD for Windows XP and I want to copy it onto an ISO file. It's over 300mb so PowerISO won't let me do it for free. Does anybody know of a free ISO creator? I need it so I can make multiple VMs incase my DVD drive goes bust or something.
