How To Disable Thermal Monitor 1

Hi,

I would like to know how to disable the Thermal Monitor 1... I went in my mobo's bios and I disable the TM2 but there's no option for the TM1... Anyone can help me?

Why on earth would you want to diable Thermal Monitor? 8O

It is there to protect your CPU from damage in the event that it begins to overheat. For instance if the CPU cooler fails, the CPU will heat up. Thermal Monitor detects it and will slow down your CPU to prevent it from overheating. If it can't stop the CPU from getting too hot, it will simply shut the system down.
