i want to disable two factor authentication with my apple id so that i can sync stuff from my older apple products to my new ones but ever since I enabled it on my newer devices i can't sync anything from my older devices. I can't type the authentication code it sends me on my newer device because older devices won't allow me and it just keeps saying my password is incorrect (when it's not)

If the following link does not help then the matter is between you and Apple.

From the link:

How do I turn off two-step verification?
Make sure that you're still signed in to iCloud on each of your devices. You might be asked for your Apple ID password.
  1. Sign in to appleid.apple.com.
  2. In the Sign-In and Security section, click Account Security.
  3. Click Turn Off two-step verification. Click again to confirm.
  4. Create new security questions and verify your date of birth.
You'll get an email confirming that two-step verification for your Apple ID is off.
