how to display on full screen

Hi All,

I have a 28inch 4k monitor on EVGA 1080 FE. the first game I tried was the COD. I set up all the setting on 4k resolution in the game but i can't seem to display the game on full screen. just a small box inside the game. do i need to change my windows setting to a lower res or is this in the game itself?

any clues?
