How to downgrade directx to 10

Hello,I have vista and i installed dx11 and i need to downgrade it to 10 cause i dont think vista is compitable with it or my video card so please tell me how

If your video card isnt compatible that it wont run the DX11 code only DX10 or DX9.

Vista does support Dx11 so it is compatible.

ok thanks but when i type dxdiag it shows me that i have dx11 but my games say that i have to have directx and i already have it any help?

If you installed a dx11 capable gpu on a Vista pc it will function properly.
Just because Vista is 10.1 doesn't matter.
The particular game you play determines which version of directX is used.
The vast majority of games are DirectX 9 btw.
If you have a game not functioning properly run this.

Although you may have installed DirectX you still need to install the DirectX redistributable for each game, these are often found on the disc or if using Steam or other digital download services in the game folder themselves. Often in a folder structure game/bin/DirectX

Your're good to go with the file i linked.
Btw i run a dx11 gpu on a win7 64 bit pc and still required the file i linked to run a couple of DX9 games i have.

1. Run the Regedit command at Start > Run to open Registry Editor.
2. Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\DirectX

3. Delete the DirectX entry, and reboot your computer.
4 .When the system restarts, default DirectX version is restored on the system.
5. Run the dxdiag command to confirm the same.
