How to elevate a monitor?

I had a 22 inch monitor. Then I bought two more 22 inch monitors, to get a triple display setup. The two are different monitors so they are slightly more elevated than the other probably 3-5 cm. What could I use to elevate the middle monitor to match the rest? I've thought of books. I've also thought of getting a triple monitor stand but most of those don't ship to my area. If anyone could find one that shipped to Hong Kong, it'd be great. But, I'd really like to get one of these things in the link below. Anyone know where I could get one?

A nicely rounded slab of polished cherry, or Bolivian Rosewood....mmmmm.
Even pine heartwood would look nice.
How about a few thicknesses of clear Lucite (perspex).
Or just glass. Get your local window guy to cut you a few relevant size pieces off his scrap.
Or your local kitchen remodeler. I'm sure he has a few pieces of polished granite, cut from Mrs. Bigbucks new kitchen countertop.

Any material can be made to look 'non-ghetto'.
Thanks for all the answers. But, I honestly do not want to use a piece of wood or floor tiling, as I think that would look really ghetto. Problem with monitor arms is that they are very expensive and most of them do not ship to my region.
