[SOLVED] How to enable Virtual Super Resolution without using Adrenalin?

I have an RX 5600 XT. I don't have AMD adrenalin installed. I installed the drivers via the device manager.
I want to take advantage of the Virtual Super Resolution, but I can't activate it if I don't use adrenalin.
