I'd recommend that you use Disk Management for that, but this is not always possible. It depends on where's the unallocated space. That's why I'd suggest that you take a look at this article: http://www.intowindows.com/how-to-extend-system-partition-in-windows-8-1/. There are 2 methods which you can use and are described in step-by-step tutorial.
Note that I'd advise you to backup any important data which you might have on that drive before you start messing around with the partition, just to be on the safe side.
