[SOLVED] How to find what program is writing the most to SSD

Hi, i am trying to find a program to determine what is writing is much to my C drive.

Hard Disk Sentinel says i am writing 10-30GB every day to my SSD.
Using I/O write bytes in the task manager doesn't work because it doesn't differentiate between different drives.
Resource Manager only shows a live count and not a total.
Is there any program that can tell me how much data programs are writing to only my C drive?
My PC is windows 10.

Thanks for your help.

Solution
What SSD do you have ? 30GB / day is a trivial amount.
What wear percentage does the SMART data say ?
A Crucial MX500 250GB disk (for example) has a disk write tolerance for 100TB written -- 54GB / day for 5 years continuous. And that is just the warranty number. Failure numbers may be higher. Most SSDs will be replaced LONG before they reach any write limitation.

According to the Samsung website the warranted rating on the dirve is 70 TB Written. That drive has only a 3 year warranty. You have used slightly over 20% of the warranty lifespan. How long have you been using this drive?
Tom's did the review of the 750 EVO in 2016 -- so I suspect you have had it for a while.

I have been using the drive for about 2 years but i purchased it over 3 years ago, according to hard disk sentinel it was at 68% health back in may 2019. i contacted Samsung and they said my PC is causing the additional wear. But i have no idea why or how to fix this problem.

You have used it for 2 years and used 20% of the wear life. So it is only good for about another 8 years. Don't you think you will replace it LONG before then anyway? I think you are worried about nothing.
Personally, I would only trust the Samsung tools.

And continue using Resource Monitor and Task Manager to determine what program(s) are constantly writing to the drive.

Remember that you can click the column headers to sort the data.

E.g., Disk Activity > Write (B/sec)

Even though the count is not cumulative it is reasonable to expect that whatever programs are always writing are indeed adding to the totals.

Look in Task Manager startup: could be some backup process that is always running - may or may not be desired.

If desired - maybe it is buggy or corrupt.
