don't use ooklas test

open command prompt on your computer and type the following
ping 8.8.8.8 -n 100

when that is done (should take 5 minutes) if it says you have packet loss we can trouble shoot further. copy and paste the last few lines after it is done

will look like this...

Ping statistics for 8.8.8.8:
Packets: Sent = 100, Received = 100, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 31ms, Maximum = 32ms, Average = 31ms

P.S. I wasn't able to play League of Legends but able to play other games.
What is this?

I am going to bet you are running on wireless with results like that.

When you see loss that increases with load on the first hop it is a issue between your pc and your router. The common cause is wireless interference. If this is happening on a wired connection then there is a issue with the nic in the pc, the router, or the cable.

Its hard to say if the hops past the first mean anything. It could be the loss in the first hop is so bad it is masking issues in further hops. It also could be a firewall setting in the router. It is not uncommon for a trace/ping to show 100% packet loss to location but normal traffic works fine, you many times see this on a vendor site because they choose to block ICMP packets past the firewall.

If you really have issues in the second hop it is a indication that your connection to your ISP has issues. You would have to call them and have them test. First though you really need to make sure you get almost no loss to the first hop before you start blaming the ISP.

ICMP? What do you mean?

You need to go back and look at real problems. Your issue is you are losing lots of data in the first hop. You are not losing 100% but some number less. That means it is not a firewall blocking it you have actual data loss.

You need to not be distracted by limitations with the testing tools. Pretty much you do not care if ping shows loss past a firewall. The person who owns the firewall feels that it is their job to troubleshoot issues behind the firewall. Even if they did not have the firewall and you saw some problem in their network its not like you can fix it.

In the traces you have it appears you have a problem between the PC and the router in your house.
