Question How to fix my audio issues with Razer Kraken Pro V2

When I first got my Razer Kraken Pro V2 the bass in the sound was amazing but after a few weeks I couldn't get the bass anymore I tried to mess around with the settings but nothing was working. Also does anyone know how to fix sound coming through mic in discord even when mic muted on the headphones.

Since the headphone relies on an analog 3.5mm connection, are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your audio drivers with the latest version?
