Question How to fix ps1 videos

Hello, everyone,
I post this question because of a problem that is plaguing my ps1, whenever I insert a CD as soon as the CD loads the video starts moving up continuously. But this is only after the CD has been read, in the first start menu the video doesn't move at all and it shows fine. What could this problem be due to, the ps1 or the CD?

What model PS1 is it?
Is the PS1 the same region as the TV?
How do you have it connected? Is there a converter or are you using AV.
What game is it, or does this happen with all games?
Some games have settings for 50-60Hz to avoid stuff like that.
It could also be that your TV doesn't support the resolution of the video, the video can be playing at lower resolution than the menus and the game.
Connect it with A/V cables to an old CRT, that's the only sure way to rule out the TV.

I will describe the problem better:
The model of the ps1 is SCPH-9002
And it is connected directly in AV to a 10.1 inch toguard monitor

I recorded a video that I uploaded to drive where you can see the problem, in the initial screen all is fine, then in the game, in some parts of the game the video slowly drops down.
