Solution
my mb is the asrock b550m steel legend and my cpu is 5600x
Overclock your ram manually.
Set latencies to 18-22-22-42
Command rate to 1T
DDR voltage to 1.35V

Set ram frequency to 2666mhz, test. This should work fine.
Then increase ram frequency one step at the time and test again - 2800,2933,3000,3200,3400,3600mhz.
At some point it will probably fail. Then return back to previous settings that worked.
i got a corsair lpx 16gb 3600mhz ram and in task manager it shows inly 2667mhz and in cpu z it shows 1336 mhz in memory amd 1798mhz in spd should i be worried that my ram is not on full speed ?

If you don't enable XMP, apparently your RAM will default to 2666 Mhz. CPU-Z shows you have an XMP profile for 3600 Mhz. So enable XMP and confirm it's running at 3600 Mhz. Might have to set speed manually. Shouldn't be necessary though.
If 3600 Mhz doesn't work, it's either your motherboard or CPUs Integrated Memory Controller limiting you. If you are on newer Ryzen, 3000-series and up, it should work. Intel is so-so, depends on what they allow. Chipset of motherboard etc. Ignore the "Officially supoorted" stuff. Both AMD and Intel only "officially" support 3200 Mhz. Obviously that is not the limit.

i already enabled my xmp profile 1 but i dont know why the speed is still 2666mhz
