How to fix runtime error -2147024894 (80070002) windows 7 64 bit

I get a runtime error when I try to start a program called High Impact eMail 5.

Any suggestions?

I don’t know this program but I think that the error message is saying that it can’t find a file. Try reinstalling the application.
