A few weeks ago, I've upgraded Windows 10 to Windows 11.

When I log in, Event Viewer shows several Errors and Warnings. I'm going to copy & paste some of them here, have you ever had the same errors? What's the explanation for them? How to fix? Any help would be appreciated. I've already searched online for the Event ID codes and general messages, but that wasn't helpful.

Why are some services hanging on startup? Are they important or not?

Event IDGeneral
19The Windows Security Center Service was unable to load instances of AntiVirusProduct from datastore.
7000The AMDRyzenMasterDriverV17 service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
2Session "Cloud Files Diagnostic Event Listener" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000022
7022The Delivery Optimization service hung on starting.
7022The Downloaded Maps Manager service hung on starting.

Solution
Unless there is some actual ongoing problem, just leave things alone.

Windows 11 may manage the corrections/fixes on its' own.

May be need a few boots, over time, to get things in order again.

Also look in Reliability History. Look for errors, warnings, and informational events therein.

Reliability History is much more user friendly and uses a timeline format that often flags when errors begin and end.

Check Windows Update History for successful and failed updates.

If there is a specific problem then post the details of that problem along with full system hardware specs.
