[SOLVED] how to fix warzone crashinig?

my friend has a problem playing war zone. Every time he loads it up within seconds of the game his game crashes and gets an error saying "directx11 encountered an error". Does anyone know how to fix this?



cpu- ryzen 5 3600

gpu-nvidia rtx 2060

16 gbs of ddr4 3200 ram

motherboard- asus rog strix b450f

m.2 ssd 512 gb

hard drive - seagate 1tb
