Question How to flash RX 570 to its original BIOS?

I bought a RX 570 online for my family's PC. The person that sold it to me said it wasn't used for mining but the BIOS has been changed (I think) How can I revert it to it's original BIOS? Whenever I try to use atiflash this shows up:

Any help is appreciated! Thank you in advance. If the BIOS hasn't been changed, do you know why I keep on getting this whenever I try to install the AMD drivers:

You have to force override due to the ID mismatch.

I believe you have to use the DOS version, not the GUI.

Is this the DOS version? If so, whenever I try to open it, it says that it doesn't work with my PC. Here is my specs, just in case you need it: R5 2600x | normally GTX Titan (6GB) but I'm testing out the RX 570 | 16GB 3200MHZ | 650W
