How to forward port if you have dsl to wireless router to desktop

i have a hewi 510 echolife dsl from which a cable goes to linksys wd wireless router iam connected with a wireless linksys dongle to router . i have disabled nat on my wireless router and setup static ip on my desktop and the port forwarded on my dsl router but port still does not open.
 
If you have a dsl modem+router connected to a second router as follows:

[hg510 modem+router](lan)<-- wire -->(wan)[linksys router]

... I wouldn't recommend disabling NAT on the Linksys.

Most of these combo dsl modem+router devices support "bridge mode", which essentially demotes it to a simple modem. Now your public IP is passed to the Linksys, and you can do normal port forwarding.

The tricky part in using bridge mode is determining who does the PPPoE signon, either the modem or your router. That will vary from one dsl system to another. If possible, it's best to have the dsl modem+router continue to handle it. But if necessary, your router's WAN type can usually be configured for PPPoE to handle it.
