How to get admin password using a keylogger?

I was trying to get the admin password of a system running Win 8.1 using Free Keylogger, but it does not give the correct one: I just get the pillow-signs. Is there some way to solve this?

Yeah stop breaking the law and trying to get someones password. No one is going to help you here.
