How to get around parental controls ASUS router without password or username

My brother made a time schedule for my phone usage. He used parental controls on the ASUS router and makes it so after 8:00 PM, I have full bars of WiFi but I can't access the internet or play WiFi games. I do know how to factory reset and all that, but he told me if I try to, he'll just do something else. It's gone from extensions to host files to a bunch of other things and now it's the router. Is there any way I can get around this, without doing anything that might be classified as "illegal" or "hacking"?

Nope. You will have to come to an agreement with whoever pays for the internet.
