My laptop has a 10th gen Intel processor with Intel UHD Graphics and the recommended screen resolution is 1366 x 768 I can't see any options to get a higher resolution. Is it possible to get Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 on the native screen and what can I do to achieve that ?

Solution
Make sure to check the specification page for the laptop. Google search if buying used.
It will list the laptops native resolution and brightness for the panel.
Anything other than native resolution will always look blurry and distorted.

You cant.
You panel is 1366x768.
Your only option for a higher resolution is a separate monitor attached to the HDMI port.
Thank you very much for the help
But also if I want to get a new laptop, how do I know what I'm getting in terms of maximum Native Resolution on a laptop? How do I find out so I don't make this error of getting a laptop that can't get me a higher resolution of at least Full HD. Thank you

Or you can upgrade your laptop's panel with FullHD , even FullHD IPS. 15-da supports all 360mm (359mm) wide screens with 30-pin edp connector, like NV156FHM-N42, B156HAN04.0, LM156LF6L, N156HCE-EAA and many others.
