How to get both to play same audio at same time?

My motherboard is a gigabyte ax370-gaming rev1.x with latest audio driver from gigabyte and Realtek Audio Console/Control from windoes store since the newer drivers won't come with realtek hd manager anymore.

Problem is on connection of speaker to the back green port the sound plays from speaker but as soon as I connect the headphone to the front port the sound stops from the speaker and plays from the headphone.

I want to make both to play the same audio at se time since my speaker has a off switch.

It would be easier to turn it off when not needed as I had bad experiences with audio jacks becoming wonky from repeated use.
Case is a Corsair Spec 01

audio splitter, put both devices on the same output - the front headphone jack. split that to both speaker sets and you can manually plug in when needed or not.

you could also find a source selector switch for a one or the other approach

Tried the sound splitter but sound quality takes a hit

Ordered a new splitter, the old one was a 1 to 5 splitter from belkin and was getting old. So maybe that was the cause of bad sound.
