I have Madden 23 on my Asus Prime 550 Plus Gaming PC with a AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT with 12 GBs of DDR5 RAM and AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor at about 4 GHz. 32 GB Corsair Dual Channel RGB Vengeance 2133 MHz but could be running at least 3000 MHz.

Madden 23 was running good on Steam and the EA App opens up but then the resolution is real fine and it crashes. I have a 24" Asus Gaming Monitor and a Asus 27" Curved Gaming Monitor hooked up by HDMI. I tried a few display adjustments but can't get Madden 23 working. The other games I have work fine.

You might want to list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard?

then the resolution is real fine and it crashes.
Can you elaborate on the term crashes ? You mean the system reboots or the app/game exits to desktop?

CPU cooler: Its a Thermaltake RGB Heatsink 80 fan
Motherboard: Asus Prime 550 Plus latest Bios
Ram: 32 GB Corsair Vengeance Pro Dual Channel RGB DRAM
SSD/HDD: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT

Chassis: Themaltake V200 RGB PC Case
OS: Windows 11 Pro
Monitor: I use a Asus VG27V 27" Curved Gaming Monitor opposite the Main Asus 24" Gaming Monitor in my room. The black desk that was given to me by a past friend isn't that good. It's not a gaming PC desk.

Can you elaborate on the term crashes ? You mean the system reboots or the app/game exits to desktop? Goes back to the desktop after the display goes back to recommended setting 1920 x 1080
