[SOLVED] How to get rid of frame drops on gaming laptop

So, i have a acer predator helios 300 2018 version. Where it has a 1060, with an i7 8750h, and a 144hz FHD 15.6" screen.

But i was wonderin gif there was a way of getting rid of the frame drops i am getting. I get temps under 70 but still get frame drops.
