How to get this shortcut to open.

Every time I try to open a shortcut to Second Life a box pops up and it says The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application. I have no idea what is going on.

Did it work before or did you just install it? If you just installed it, try right clicking the executable and "run as administrator". If it worked before, it may be corrupted and just need reinstalled.

No it didn't work before I installed it. This is my first time, and I am under an administrator account.
