how to get windows 10 ,8 password

i have a dell windows 10 laptop(my uncle laptop). i cant login beacuse i dont know the passwordhow to get the administrator password without resetting ? passcape software only resetting.but is there any option to retieve the password with any software?

yes this not hacking but i really need to know is there any software. to retrive password. i am working in computer shop so if i need any datas from this laptop takeout the hdd and put this hdd to the desktop as secondary hdd i can access everything but i need to study is there any software to retieve it bro....!!!!!

Tom's Hardware does not support bypassing of security protocols for any reason. If you need the password, the only legitimate way to gain access to the system is to ask your uncle.
