Start by giving us a full rundown of what you have, what the new parts are, and what you want the end state to be.
My motherboard is a B450M gaming plus and i have a msi 1050 Ti geforcegtx GPU. I have a Rysen 3 CPU w/ Radeon Vega graphics. A Rosewill 700w PSU, 2x8gb corsair DDR4 RAM 3000MHz, and a Barracuda 1tb 7200rpm internal HD. I have a ink to download windows 10 64. And I want that to go to my PC.

Use that to build the Win 10 install on the flash drive.
