I have recently purchased a Vodafone TV which is a media box running Android. I am getting poor video quality when streaming even though I have 50MB/10MB internet connection.
The device is hard wired via cat5 cable into the router.
I ran a speed test on my mobile phone which is connected to the same router via WiFi and I got an average of 30MB download.
I then ran the same test from the Vodafone TC device (hard wired) and I am only getting 10MB
The device is android and is designed for video streaming so not sure why it would limit itself?
I dont know where to go - the device retailer doesn't offer any support so I want to know if there are any tests I can do to further confirm or identify the cause of the issue...
