Question How to improve cooling on a laptop?

Hello! I'm using a mainly work laptop with 8GB RAM, and i3-5010U and GeForce 830M, but it tends to heat up a lot sometimes. I've already bought a bonus cooler which I put underneath but it still gets very hot sometimes. Is there a way to improve cooling even more?

If its the cpu that is overheating which you can check with a temperature monitor. if so then you can try replacing the thermal paste.

Additionally you could undervolt cpu and gpu using msi afterburner and intel xtu.

Thank you guys. What I will do is wait for the summer to get a desktop and then try put some freshy boy thermal paste in. I could also undervolt it as you said but that way I may lose too much performance but I will try. Thanks to you both!
