Just don't install any heat sink, it will heat up alright.... 😀

I'm using Hw monitor for monitoring the temp..... and check the temp limit at manufacturer web.. (or just ask google)

What processor do you have, and what cooling?
As mentioned coretemp and speedfan will allow you to monitor your temperatures and both are free programs
