How to increase the size of C: Drive in Windows 7 32 bit?

So my C: Drive has really really low space left. It started out with 50 GB and now only 3 GB is free. I can't even update to SP1 let alone Windows 10. Can someone tell me how to add memory to C: drive using Disk Management?
