How to install iTunes on Lenovo Yoga 3 pro?

I recently bought a Lenovo Yoga 3 pro 2 in 1 with the following specs:

Processor
- Intel® Core™ M-5Y70 Processor (4M Cache, 1.1GHz), Turbo Boost 2.0 (2.6GHz)
- Intel HD Graphics 5300
- 8GB RAM PC3-12800 @ 1600MHz
- Windows 8.1 64-bit
- 256GB SSD

I have tried to install the 64bit version of itunes as usual from their website. Error message says unable to run the setup wizard as it cannot be run on this PC and to check with the software operator.
Is there another way to get itunes on this device? I am hoping to replace my Dell PC with the Lenovo Yoga but don't want to lose my music collection and sync with iphone.

That's an issue with apple's crapware called itunes. Try right clicking the installer and using "run as administrator"

Thanks for your answer, was hoping it was as simple as that, but still says Cannot run on this PC and to check for a version compatible

If that doesn't work try using the 32bit version

After searching other forums I found the answer was to delete all items in the computers Temp folder, then reinstall the setup from iTunes. I did this and it installed perfectly! Thanks for helping
