[SOLVED] How to install MasterLiquid ML360R without included controller?

Hey, I was planning on making a new build for the RTX 3080 and probably pair it with a new 4000 series Ryzen and I was looking at the MasterLiquid ML360R as my aio solution however in every video I see that they plug the fans into the provided controller for the aio. I was wondering if the controller is required? I like controlling my rgb from apps as it is less of a hassle and was wondering if I could skip the whole controller connection and just use it with the software? Also which wires would i connect where and what would I have to daisy chain if I can skip the controller? This is the mobo im planning on buying.... It has an aRGB header at the top I believe, please let me know any concerns and help you guys have, thanks.
