how to know my sim details

my sim got blocked and i dont have my puk number and i too not have my sim details; now how i will i get my number unblocked

If you blocked the SIM by entering the wrong PIN, a PUK should work. Your cellphone company might post it in the login part of their webpage, or you can go into a store.

If it was reported stolen, the PUK won't help. You'll likely need to go into a store and prove you were the person who bought the phone.
