how to know which IP address are getting conflict in the network using command prompt?

In my work stations i am seeing IP conflict error message. Up to my knowledge all IP are unique. I want to know which IP address are getting this issue?

If you are getting that message, then the IP address of the machine you are logged into is one of the conflicting devices.

Do you have static IPs which overlap your DHCP range? Is there more than one DHCP server?

Check your event log for the related event. It may indicate the MAC address of the system that is in conflict with you.
