how to limit bandwidth

i want to limit the bandwidth of every pc in my network, and i am using the linksys router E1200

I do not believe the e1200 has bandwidth limiting capabilities of its own in terms of Mbps at least.

You may be able to do this by flashing dd-wrt onto the router. This will give you a new router interface with lots of services not included on the e1200's default firmware.
