Hey there,

I just finished assembling my PC and have both an SSD and HDD. I downloaded windows 10 on the SSD. Now whenever I want to download an application from chrome or want to install that application, it automatically goes to the program files on the SSD. How do I download these on the HDD as I want only windows on the SSd.

Thanks

Solution
Downloads through the browser, change that location in the browser settings.

For application install locations, you do that manually, when you install something.
Select Custom or Advanced, and create/choose a folder on your HDD.

For Steam games:
Steam games location
In the steam client:
Steam
Settings
Downloads
Steam Library Folders
Add library folder

To move an already installed game
Games library
Right click the game
Properties
Local Files
Move Install Folder
Check browser settings to do with downloads and change the folder location.

Most apps give an option where to install. For apps that don't, locate the app once installed in program files, right click and try the move program feature.
