Question How to make remote access without interference in the system / program accessed?

Hello, I need to have access to a company program from another computer and would like to know if there is a possibility to do this without interfering with the activities of the accessed PC, ie its use at the moment I am accessing.

Enterprise PC operating system: Windows 7 32-bit.

Programs like Team Viewer, Any Desk, or Chrome Remote Desktop don't meet my goal. These programs would conflict if someone was using the PC at the time I accessed.

You can't, you will need to setup a virtual PC connection, talk to your IT department.

Another option is to run said program on Windows Server with added Terminal Server licensing, but I suppose your CFO won't be happy. You're l looking at like $2k expense (HW and SW)
