How to OC

I know there's lots of tutorials out there but i'm still not sure how to OC my CPU here's what comes up when i enter my bios

Change the core clock ratio form x35 (3.5ghz) to x36 for 3.6ghz etc... Going above 4.5 ghz will cause stability problems
