How to on a system when ON/OFF switch not working

is there any possible to switch on in the mother board

please link your motherboard model.

if you find where the switch is plugged into your motherboard at, you can use a screw driver to bridge the 2 pins and turn it on.

with motherboard model i can show a pic of what u need to do.

powerswitch and reset switch are both momentary switches, in fact you could swap your reset with your power to see if that solves your issue before buying one
and you obviously know where it plugs in, its where the old one comes off the Mobo

And if nothing boots, move on to your CPU wire connector from your power supply.

Then check the PSU for power.
