How to open port on my router

hi i have isp ip address
i have opened port 9000,37777, 80
but when i check my port if there opened or not
it keeps on say block
please advise me what to do

You mean you are forwarding these ports to a server? What server software are you running? How are you testing to see if the ports are opened?
